

How will this work?
Our goal is to make our programs accessible to everyone, so we tailor our communication and workshops to each organization's needs. Organizations fill out a short form with their information, anything they know about the students and families they are referring, and how involved they want to be. Once they do this, we will send over an email with resources, including consent forms for families to fill out. After parents fill out the consent forms, we will onboard families through their preferred communication method and send them all of the necessary links and materials.
What Do You Have To Do?
We request that you fill out the form above so we can learn more about the specific needs the students you work with may have and can communicate with you. If you prefer, you may be involved in communicating to families between sessions, but by choosing the "Hands Off" option on the form, you can opt out.
What We Will Take Care Of
We will be taking care of all of the lesson plans, learning materials, and project mentoring. Furthermore, we will take care of all communication with families, including session reminders and update, unless your organization explicitly mentions that they would like to do the communicating to the families you work with.
Timeline
1. Organizations join our optional program information session
2. Organizations fill out out the Organization Verification/Participation form
3. Organizations receive welcome email and send out the attached parental consent form to participating families
4. Organizations join the camp group chat or email list if they wish to do so
5. We will conduct participant onboarding to encourage participants to join classes frequently and on time)
6. Program will begin
7. We will send out reminders/emails that organizations will receive if they have opted in (this will include class reminders, assignment reminders, etc)
8. Organizations will receive the final wrap-up email from us after the project showcase ceremony
